The Role
As a Server at Holbrook House, you're not just taking orders — you're curating an experience. Our guests come for the caviar, the cocktails, and the craft, and they stay because of people like you. You'll guide them through a menu that celebrates the best of California's larder, from duck fat hashbrowns and deviled quail eggs to Maine lobster and a rotating selection of osetra and kaluga caviar, paired with the city's best selection of cocktails, champagne, oysters, and caviar.
