Seeking a Food & Beverage team member to provide exceptional guest service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, answering menu questions, upselling items, delivering and clearing food efficiently, handling special requests and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Must operate restaurant equipment safely, understand food allergies, and participate in banquet setup and cleanup. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends, is required.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly personality, ability to work under pressure, and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Prior service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
