Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences are met.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to presentation and quality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to maintain a clean dining area.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations.
• Support teammates during busy shifts, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a server is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. On-call is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.

Salisbury has more than 150 antique and vintage bikes on display, including his prize possession, which Salisbury added just a few months ago. It is a 1907 Harley-Davidson strap tank, one of only three in existence.

Designed as a streamlined, fast-moving counterpart to Strap Tank Brewery, Strap Tank Express delivers the soul of the original brewpub—vintage motorcycle culture, house-crafted beer, and unmistakable character—without the formality or wait.
Blending the charm and accessibility of Sidecar Cafe with the DNA of Strap Tank, the space is built for locals and travelers alike—those looking for quality food, a great drink, and an experience that feels intentional but effortless.
