Dave & Buster's is a restaurant and entertainment business that combines full-service dining, a full bar, and a video arcade. Position Overview:

Servers provide friendly, efficient service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. They greet guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and answer questions about menu items. Servers also process payments, maintain clean dining areas, and address guest concerns professionally. They work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure guests receive timely service and enjoy their visit.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders into the ordering system.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and team members to provide efficient service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent restaurant or serving experience required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order entry.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Open availability required.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
