Pay: $11.00 per hour + Shared Tip Pool (Paid Nightly in Cash)

Position Summary

We are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
• Accurately enter guest orders using the Toast POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to provide attentive service.
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Experience using Toast POS is required.
• Must be fluent in both English and Urdu to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.
