About The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

This is more than a Restaurant; this is where amazing craft beer and fantastic food collides. Our philosophy of Quality doesn't stop at beer. Every aspect of our restaurant needs to be world class. Our food is no exception. To successfully deliver our mission to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are, we need to tantalize the taste buds in every sense.

Key Skills

Server Assistant Responsibilities include and may be additional to the following:

• Constant communication with Servers in regard to guests needs and issues
• Making sure table caddies are fully stocked with silverware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers.
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills on tables and floors, clearing away crumbs on tables and chairs.
• Accommodating arriving guests to see if they would care for water or ask if they want to purchase bottled water
• Delivering food to tables when Servers and Food Runners are busy.
• Responding to patrons requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies

About You

Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy.

Must be open to flexible scheduling
