As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a delightful dining experience with breathtaking waterfront views. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with people, making every meal memorable.Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the industry, if you have a passion for excellent service and a friendly attitude, we want you on our team!This role is seasonal, with potential for continued employment based on performance, availability, interest in year-round work, and business needs. Extension decisions are evaluated at the end of the season and consider off-season operational demands and existing staffing levels.**At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.**Essential Functions:+ Greet all guests warmly within 30 seconds of their arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.+ Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by promoting daily specials and sharing your genuine recommendations and preferences.+ Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.+ Efficiently assemble and deliver orders to the appropriate tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.+ Provide prompt and attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.+ Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, swift manner.+ Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.+ Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.+ Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and the dining area.+ Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.**Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.
