Server - The Pasta House - High Ridge

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-minded individual to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience, works well with others, and delivers excellent guest service with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• Deliver menu items in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area
• Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to provide smooth and efficient service
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions responsibly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great guest experiences
• Ability to work as part of a team and support coworkers as needed
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
