Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments, and weekend and gameday availability is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Food Running: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Table Maintenance: Pre-bus and clean tables as guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
- Upselling: Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
