- Take guest orders and fulfill requests
- Carry hot/cold plates and trays with drinks
- Pre-bus tables, remove plates, glassware, and garbage
- Process payments and make change
- Perform light cleaning and restroom checks
- Interact professionally with guests
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and condition during and after shifts
- Perform side work and other duties as assigned
