Main Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products.
- Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensure guests' satisfaction by providing exceptional customer experience.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is a must. Entry level positions available.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
- This role requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and walking long distances throughout the day.
