Server - Waitstaff

We are currently searching for qualified servers with experience with banquet as well as a la carte service.

Positions available are Full Time & Part Time

Successful candidates can plan on a position lasting until January 1, 2027 when the Club closes for the season, with the option to return at opening on February 14, 2027.

First and foremost the successful candidates for this position will be able to make our members and their guests feel welcome and engaged while visiting the Club.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre-Shift Work such as setting up server stations, setting tables, folding napkins, etc.
• Managing multiple tables of members and guests, taking and then delivering food & beverage orders in a timely fashion.
• End of shift work such as breaking down server stations, re-setting tables, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous food & beverage experience a plus
• Familiarity with point of sale systems
• Basic knowledge of wines, spirits and varying cuisines
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others

We are a private country club located in Rockville Centre, NY
Our primary goal is to cater to our member families and their guests to make the club feel like their home away from home.
We feature an 18-Hole golf course as well as a pool complex open seasonally.
In season the club is open 7 days a week
In addition to lunch and dinner service, we cater a number of charity golf outings and dinners throughout the year as well as special events for our members and their guests.
We strive to provide the best service possible for our members through our team of servers, bussers, & bartenders.
