Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Clover POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Sanitate utensils, glassware, and dining surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
