Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting paymentInform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when askedUse up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experienceAddress guest concerns and inform managerAssist in keeping the restaurant clean and safeQualifications and SkillsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of agePrevious Server or restaurant experience preferredReading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills requiredEnglish language and professional communications skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAvailable to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical DemandsMobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthConsistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
