Craft 31 is looking for friendly, focused, high-energy servers to join our team.
We’re a busy, locally owned restaurant known for gourmet burgers, pizza, a raw bar, and rotating craft beers — and we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, work well with others, and know how to create a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service from start to finish
• Build strong guest experiences through personality, hospitality, and menu knowledge
• Take accurate food and drink orders and keep service flowing smoothly
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers as a team
• Maintain clean, organized sections and side work throughout shifts
• Handle busy shifts with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude

• Ability to stay focused and organized in a high-volume environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
