• Greeting — Every table greeted within 60 seconds — no exceptions
• Accuracy — Repeat every order back before walking away
• Speed — Food hits the table hot and on time every time
• Upsell — Know the menu, suggest add-ons, grow the check
• Team — Help your section and teammates — no lone wolves

Do This (Daily)

1. 
   
2. Greet — Hit every table within 60 seconds of being seated
3. Confirm — Repeat orders back and check in 2 minutes after food arrives
4. Upsell — Pitch one add-on to every single table

Do This (Weekly)

2. Tips — Review your average — ask GM for coaching if it's dropping
3. Menu — Know every item — never guess in front of a guest

Avoid This

2. Disappear — Guests should never have to look for you
3. Argue — Guests are always handled with calm and respect
4. Dirty — Never leave a dirty table while guests are waiting to be seated

You're Out If: Caught stealing from tips, the register, or other staff
