This position will be customer facing and is responsible for providing excellent food service to the guests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Exhibits professional attitude and presentationKnows the menu, including ingredients and pricesWhere appropriate, explains specials and makes recommendations to guestsTakes orders for food, and effectively communicates with kitchen team members to ensure that food is promptly and properly prepared for guestsDelivers food and beverages to guestsPerforms all table service functions with a commitment to meet and exceed guest satisfactionPerforms assigned side work and assisting team members as needed Assist bussing tables, seating guests, taking to-go orders, and maintain FOH cleanlinessRoll silverware as assigned dailyAccurately reports tip income dailyPerforms other duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, management, and team membersMust possess basic math, reading and writing skillsMust possess basic computer skillsMust be multi-task orientedMust have knowledge of workplace safety proceduresWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Walk and stand throughout the entire shiftContinuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipeRegularly lift up to 40 poundsModerate exposure to extreme temperaturesMust report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
