Server

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a tipped position.

This is a tipped position. 

Must be available to work Wednesday thru Sunday, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Typically 3 full days and 1 half day are worked.

Candidate is encouraged to stop by after applying and asking for Sarah or Flora for an interview.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils

• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management

• Work as a team with your co-workers - ie bussers, hostess and cashiers. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role - Must be 18 years of age to serve Beer and Wine

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

  Ideally having Wine Knowledge

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
