What You’ll Do
Listen attentively to guests and teammates to understand needs, mood, and momentum
Curate intentional, personal experiences that go beyond food and drinks
Set the tone by greeting every table within two minutes and creating immediate connection
Anticipate guest needs before they’re voiced—and act decisively
Foster a high-energy, guest-first environment that drives repeat visits and responsible sales
Uphold safe alcohol service and ensure every item is accounted for, every time
Support your team, contribute to the vibe, and hold yourself to the standard
