Server

Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking personable and service-oriented Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented hospitality environment. Effective Rate Including Tips: $16–$23/hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean and properly set dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and Food & Beverage team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Assist with member events, banquets, and other club functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
