In-Sight focuses on youth empowerment through arts education, which has significant outcomes for pathways out of poverty for youth. By delivering quality arts education programming, developing partnerships to meet students in spaces they are comfortable, and providing pathways to make our programs financially accessible, we are reaching students and families who struggle with poverty. The VISTA volunteer will increase our community outreach, develop our volunteer base, and clarify and enhance the aspects of our curriculum that are producing intended outcomes. This work will include communications and marketing, volunteer recruitment and management, relationship-building, and program assessment and development.
