You are expected to lead your section, not just work it.

• Deliver polished, attentive, and professional service at all times
  
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and product knowledge
  
• Drive sales through upselling, pairing, and strong recommendations
  
• Maintain control of table pacing and overall guest experience
  
• Work closely with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
  
• Execute service standards including pre-bussing, table maintenance, and presentation
  
• Maintain a clean, organized section throughout service
  

• Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (upscale or steakhouse experience is a strong plus)
  
• Professional presence confident, polished, and detail-oriented
  
• Strong communication and ability to control a section during busy service
  
• Proven ability to drive check average through sales and service
  
• Team-first mentality with high standards and accountability
