About the Role:
Bellini Osteria Toscana in Roswell, GA is looking for passionate and energetic Servers and Bussers to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to create an exceptional dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and attentive manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including Italian dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining room (Bussers)
• Assist servers with refilling water, bread service, and table maintenance (Bussers)
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth, seamless service throughout each shift

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus but not required
