About the Role: 
Join our dynamic team at Marie Callender in Sacramento, CA, where we serve delicious comfort food and create memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they leave with a smile. 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and efficiently relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
