- Demonstrate expertise in wine service and pairing recommendations with our Japanese-Mediterranean menu
- Engage with guests warmly, answering questions about our unique fusion cuisine
- Manage table timing and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bartending teams
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards throughout each shift
What We're Looking For: A charismatic, detail-oriented professional with wine service knowledge and at least 2 years experience in fine dining. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy connecting with guests.

As a Server Assistant at Kira, you'll be the backbone of our front-of-house operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately delivering food and beverages to tables with care and attention to detail
- Efficiently resetting and preparing tables between seatings
- Polishing glassware and maintaining impeccable table settings
- Communicating clearly and professionally with servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and management
- Supporting the overall flow of service to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience

Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm for Kira & Kira Omakase (in the back of Kira)
Answer phones professionally and manage reservations
Adjust the lighting and music to match the mood, coordinating with our weekend DJ's
- Deliver chits to servers and coordinate with the front-of-house & management team
- Write personalized cards for special occasions and celebrations
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain composure and deliver exceptional service during busy shifts
What We're Looking For:
You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly with team members, genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome, and you have at least 2 years of hosting experience in a fine dining setting. Your positive energy and attention to detail will help create the perfect first impression for our two restaurants Kira & Kira Omakase.
