  • Actively helps guests select food and beverages by making suggestions, explaining the specials, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.
  • Places orders to bar and kitchen through our POS system including special requests and identifying any guest special dietary needs such as allergies.
  • Makes certain food is assembled properly and delivers food from the Expo window to the guest with the proper condiments and utensils.
  • Monitors their section throughout the meal
  • Maintains table setting by removing used plates and utensils, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
  • Clears table before offering guests dessert
  • Servers are responsible for making all guests desserts
  • The Server should have the check ready when offering the guest dessert in case they decline dessert
  • Servers should have a bank of change ready at the beginning and ending of their shift.
  • Maintains proper cash handling and cash-out procedures
  • Completes nightly side work.
  • Thank guests who are exiting the building
