VISTA will strengthen the capacity of Serve Wyoming and its host organizations by developing sustainable systems, resources, and partnerships that expand services for individuals and communities experiencing poverty. The member will coordinate onboarding resources, facilitate peer learning opportunities, and develop toolkits that support VISTA member success. They will research and create volunteer engagement resources, assist with outreach strategies, analyze volunteer utilization data, and develop templates that strengthen long-term volunteer management systems. The member will also research funding opportunities, develop sustainability and fundraising resources, and support partnership and recognition activities that increase organizational capacity. These activities build sustainable infrastructure rather than provide direct service, enabling organizations to expand access to resources, volunteers, and programs that improve economic opportunity and reduce poverty across Wyoming.
