Job Expectations
- Prepare and process accurate and timely customer invoices and submit to customers through various channels.
- Manage client portals for invoicing and collections.
- Read contracts and interpret billing requirements with accuracy.
- Issue client account statements.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues in a timely manner.
- Work outstanding AR aging and manage a DSO of
- Customer Purchase Order management.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from clients regarding bills.
- Work with the Service Coordinator to provide redundancy in high volume times and coverage during vacations etc.
- Answer busy phones and assist with taking service calls for clients in detail.
- Assist service sales with prequalification’s, COI requests, or client related documents.
- Warranty administration as needed.
- Responsible for uploading paperwork to 3rd party vendors and in-house systems.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
