Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with Strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills to join our team as a Service Admin Coordinator. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Service Administrators function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for department administrative tasks, including work order processing, accounts payable functions, and managing new equipment inventory.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain assigned technician timecard records, correctly coding expenses and labor hours, tracking PTO, and accurately keying hours
  • Process work orders ensuring service work statuses are kept current and investigate conflicting or missing information.
  • Perform accounts payable functions, including processing purchase orders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Advanced office & computer skills, with the ability to multitask
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Receptionist, Accounting Assistant, Office Manager, Office Administrator

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.
  • This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
  • This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication. And will occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • This position will continuously use hands to type.
