SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location Onsite | Aubrey, TX
Compensation & Schedule
• $28/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Temp-to-Hire
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT:
This role supports the service department by coordinating scheduling, documentation, and order execution in QuickBooks. Success means accurate service order processing, organized spare parts tracking, and strong administrative support for technicians and customers. This position keeps service operations efficient and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician travel arrangements
• Create and assist with service and parts quotes
• Obtain purchase orders and process service orders in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
• Manage inventory and spare parts tracking within QuickBooks
• Provide accounting support and front desk/phone coverage as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with heavy daily use
• Must have experience processing service orders and purchase orders
• Experience with inventory or spare parts tracking systems
Core Tools & Systems
• QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (heavy daily use)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Service scheduling and order management systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting field service technicians
• Background in AR collections or reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
