Allworth Financial is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to support Financial Advisors and deliver a high-quality client experience within its Denton office. This role combines strategic client relationship management, operational oversight, and service process improvement within a fast-paced wealth management environment.
The ideal candidate brings extensive financial services experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 5 days per week in-office.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and timely communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding client goals and service expectations
Support Financial Advisors with client servicing, account maintenance, and operational activities
Assist in improving service workflows and operational efficiencies to enhance the client experience
Coordinate with custodians, operations teams, and advisors to resolve client requests and account-related issues
Oversee account transactions, documentation, transfers, and client records with a high level of accuracy
Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless experience for new clients
Assist with scheduling, client communications, and preparation of client paperwork
Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards
Provide leadership support and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team culture
10+ years of experience within the financial services industry, preferably within an RIA or wealth management firm
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Advanced certifications such as CFP® or CFA® preferred
Strong relationship management and client service skills
Advanced experience with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and financial planning software
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of improving processes and client satisfaction
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Understanding of SEC, FINRA, and RIA regulatory requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change
High degree of professionalism and accountability
