Our newly opened 30,000 square foot facility offers a climate-controlled service center that provides a modern and comfortable work environment.Job DetailsSalary: $18 to $45 per hourJob Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeLocation: Alexandria, VA 22302ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately using the latest technical and administrative tools.Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed correctly on the first visit.Address all customer concerns before recommending any additional services.Inspect vehicles to identify additional maintenance needs based on factory and local recommendations.Return vehicles to customers clean and in excellent condition.Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs to develop skills and knowledge.Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach necessary forms to repair orders.Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or supervisors.Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform.Work EnvironmentJoin a team that prioritizes professionalism, ethical standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
