Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Write repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs professionally.
- Build customer trust through excellent communication and service.
- Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates.
- Maintain strong CSI and customer retention performance.
- Collaborate with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Meet or exceed dealership sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Dealership experience highly valued.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive service sales.
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Experience
Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
