Seeking a Service Advisor to join a growing team, responsible for initiating repair requests, providing administrative support, and updating customers on work progress.
What You'll Do:
• Work directly with customers to identify product needs and services
• Suggest add-on sales to boost transactions
• Provide price estimates before scheduling
• Keep customers informed of work status
What You Need:
• At least one year of service experience preferred
• RV or camping lifestyle knowledge
• Proficiency with computers and internet searches
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to follow procedures and policies
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand, bend, and crawl for extended periods
Compensation includes a base pay of $50,000-$75,000+ with uncapped commissions, plus benefits like PTO, 401(k), insurance, discounts, and training opportunities. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits; part-time employees have access to dental and vision coverage.
