Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments, order necessary parts, and coordinate repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and thorough service records and documentation.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Work closely with the service team to meet department goals and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair processes.
