We are seeking a Service Writer to join a large automotive group dedicated to volume sales and service.
Responsibilities include greeting customers promptly, gathering vehicle information, clearly reporting symptoms, recommending maintenance based on vehicle history, preparing accurate estimates, monitoring vehicle progress, updating customers regularly, verifying final invoices, and explaining work and charges.
Requirements include at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, a positive attitude, a high-volume mindset, and a focus on CSI.
