Service Advisor
We are looking for a hard working individual with the willingness to succeed in a fast pace high volume store. Must be reliable, customer service orientated, and multi-tasking is a must. Only serious candidates to apply, prior experience is recommended. CDK experienced with prior automotive background a plus!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow up with customers post-service.
- Stay informed about automotive technology and service trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a service advisor recommended
- Willing to work long hours
- Willing to undergo drug-screen, background check, and DMV check
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- CDK experience a plus
- Prior automotive experience
