Communicate with technician throughout the repair.
Order parts as needed.
Communicate with customer from pickup to drop-off regarding status of repair.
Answer any customer concerns.
Collect for repairs performed.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
High written and verbal communication skills.
Selling experience of any kind preferred.
Comfortable with navigating new software.
