The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between the customers and the technicians to assess customer needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure that services are completed on time. The Service Advisor will also coordinate with technicians to ensure all work is done correctly and efficiently.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs, making recommendations based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
Provide customers with accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicles.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
Prepare and maintain records of customer transactions, service history, and warranty information.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and service specials to provide the best options to customers.
Ensure that the service department is operating in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in an automotive environment is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
Willing to train the right candidate
