Big O Tires is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who’s ready to take their performance and income to the next level.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is a customer-facing sales and service role.
You will:
- Guide customers through their service experience
- Identify needs beyond the initial visit
- Present tire, alignment, and maintenance solutions
- Build trust while confidently recommending what the vehicle needs

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly and set clear expectations
- Listen to concerns and identify additional needs
- Present recommendations using digital inspections
- Provide accurate estimates and gain approvals
- Communicate throughout the service process
- Follow up and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a clean and professional front counter
- Support team operations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of automotive service advisor or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of tires, alignments, and maintenance services
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and attitude
SCHEDULE
- Full time, 40 to 50 hours per week
- One consistent weekday off
- Closed Sundays every week
- Fast paced, team oriented environment
