Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Nashville team. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers needing equipment repairs and service, helping coordinate repairs, communicating updates, and delivering TOCS - Totally Outrageous Customer Service.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and answer incoming calls.
Schedule shop and field service repairs.
Inspect incoming equipment and gather repair details.
Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion updates.
Coordinate with technicians, shop leadership, and customers.
Assist with warranty claims and service documentation.
Prepare accurate repair summaries and customer invoices.
Process payments and maintain service records
What You'll Bring
1+ year of customer service experience; preferably in heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, automotive, fleet maintenance, or a related service environment.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic equipment systems and repair terminology.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize work.
Proficient with computers; service/work-order management software experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb on/off equipment.
Pass a post-offer Physical Abilities Test.
