The Service Advisor serves as the primary communication link between sales, customers, and production. This role ensures accurate updates, timely paperwork, and smooth project flow from repair order creation through billing completion.

Responsibilities:
+ Provide proactive outbound communication to customers and sales representatives regarding chassis status, updates, timelines, and completion.
+ Monitor each chassis throughout production, confirming progress and updating stakeholders on any changes in schedule or scope.
+ Identify and escalate potential problems early, assisting in finding solutions before they impact customer expectations.
+ Record project updates using email, phone, and other forms to maintain accurate, timely, and transparent communication.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition between departments, resulting in an efficient and quality product.
+ Recommend and support enhancements to communication practices, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Education and/or Experience
+ Valid drivers license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the companys insurance provider.
+ 1 year service experience; or equivalent experience and/or education.
Required
+ Personal computer skills, familiarity with accounting and other software for dealer operations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheets and Adobe.
+ Strong comprehension, communication, and time management skills.
+ Must be punctual and ready to work at the agreed upon time.
