Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Service Advisor at our West Chester, PA location. Responsibilities:Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery.Track repairs and their causes and process warranties.Log customer's requests for repairs and allocate what parts are needed and the time required to make the repair.Convey information to both the customer and the service manager in a timely fashion. Responsible for managing and sorting customer profile information.File details of inquiries and needed parts, pricing, and labor estimates then compile the estimated price for the repairs and the final bill.Conduct follow-ups with customers.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred Three years' experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and industrial equipment (preferred).Excellent customer service skillsValid Driver's License Clean driving record Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
