Service Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

Are you great with people, comfortable talking about money, and able to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment?

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a Service Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle service and repair process from start to finish.

This is a customer service and sales position. You will build relationships with customers, communicate repair recommendations, help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles, and coordinate with our technicians to keep work moving efficiently.

Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right candidate. Strong customer service, consultative sales, or service-industry experience can translate well into this position.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and check vehicles in for service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status, pricing, and completion times
• Review and recommend maintenance and repair services
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Finalize repair orders and review completed work with customers
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Help create the level of service that keeps customers coming back

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend products and services
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple customers and priorities at the same time
• Comfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems
• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid PA driver's license

Automotive service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a strong customer-focused candidate with the right sales ability, work ethic, and desire to learn.
