As a Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
What You’ll Need:
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Creative, positive, team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
