JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, addressing their needs with professionalism and care
- Effectively communicate service recommendations to customers and explain repair process clearly
- Schedule appointments, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely service delivery
- Coordinate with technicians and service department staff to ensure the smooth operation of the service process
- Provide customers with accurate estimates, and follow up with updates during the service process
- Handel customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for every client
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest automotive trends and service offerings
REQUIREMENTS:- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar customer facing role
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficient with computer systems and software
