What You’ll Do
You’ll own the front-counter experience from first contact to closed ticket.
You’ll:
- Capture customer concerns with precision (no sloppy write-ups)
- Communicate cleanly with technicians so nothing gets lost
- Present estimates with confidence
- Handle objections without instantly discounting
- Keep workflow organized so the shop stays productive
- Drive sales while protecting long-term trust
What We Require
- 2+ years as a Service Advisor / Service Writer
- Automotive repair shop experience (real shop pace, real customers)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication
- Can sell value, not price cuts
- Coachable, but not fragile
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Long-term career mindset

What You’ll Earn
- $25-$30/hr (based on experience)
- 1% of total sales
- Tire performance bonuses
- Top performers earn $600–$1,000+ per month in bonuses
- Overtime pay available when needed
