What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
Prepare repair estimates and explain timelines for vehicle completion.
Maintain communication between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
Ensure every customer receives outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
Work closely with a team in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Basic understanding of automotive technology and repairs.
Computer proficiency required.
Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
