Komro Sales & Services, Inc. is a privately owned company serving the Dairy and Agricultural Industry since 1960. We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes; sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. In addition, we handle a broad line of manure handling, feed handling, & skid steer equipment. Komro Sales is constantly developing manpower to support, with innovation, our growing customer base.

Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Communicate clearly with technicians to relay customer concerns to help ensure proper diagnosis and assist with writing work orders.
• Answer shop phone when needed.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
• Select and deliver parts to Bobcat Technicians, Fabrication Technicians, and Truck Shop Technicians.
• Handle warranty or insurance-related service items as applicable.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work environment (shop floors, tools, job space, etc.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to interpret a variety of instructions in written or oral.
