What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with energy and professionalism
• Gather vehicle info and understand customer concerns
• Communicate clearly with technicians to get the job done right
• Keep customers updated on repairs, timelines, and costs
• Track vehicle progress and stay organized throughout the day
• Deliver a top-notch experience from start to finish
• Explain completed work in a way customers understand and trust

What You Bring

• Customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
• A positive, outgoing personality—even under pressure
• Strong communication skills (in-person and on the phone)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic automotive knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
